When Severn Science Ltd (renowned scientific instrument manufacturers and official distributors for BOC Edwards High Vacuum) ceased trading, MechaTech Systems rose out of the ashes, and continues to provide high vacuum solutions, from NW/KF/ISO vacuum components to chamber freeze dryers, drawing on a combined experience of over 50 years in high vacuum engineering and refrigeration.

Today, MechaTech Systems manufacture the LyoScience (LS) range of freeze dryers, the  Hyscan II gas analyser, the RGA II gas analyser and a range of bespoke high vacuum systems.

We also supply and service vacuum pumps, tube furnaces, high vacuum components – such as Pirani gauges, isolation valves, vacuum pump fluids, clamps and O rings, etc. MechaTech Systems are also official agents and an authorised service centre for KNF laboratory pumps.
