MechaTech Systems inherited the supply of tube furnaces (sometimes known as oxidation furnaces or instrument conditioning heaters) from Severn Science Ltd when it closed in 2007. Also supplied by MechaTech Systems: silica reaction tubes, thermocouples, and associated glassware, such as Dreschel bottles, the head and stem and ground diffuser, and we even sell the Quartz Wool, all with the original Severn Science part numbers, for easy identification for our nuclear power station customers.
